 Lynette
has been active in real estate financing for over 30 years,
specializing in construction, term, and secondary financing
for all types of income producing properties.
She is
experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry,
including sales, property management, and mortgage
investments.
She has held
senior positions in some of the largest Canadian and North
American financial institutions.
Lynette is licensed under the BC Mortgage Brokers Act
through the Financial Institutions Commission, an agency of
the province of BC Ministry of Finance and the Real Estate
Council of British Columbia. |
 Victor
has over 25 years experience in the Canadian Real Estate
and Mortgage Industry.
He has worked in the residential construction industry,
as a commercial appraiser in British Columbia and
Alberta and has held a variety of lending positions in
Major Canadian Financial Institutions.
Victor maintains extensive experience in structuring and
negotiating term, construction and secondary/mezzanine
debt financing for multi-residential, retail, office and
industrial type properties throughout Canada.
Victor is licensed under the British Columbia Mortgage
Brokers Act through the Financial Institutions
Commission, and agency of the BC Ministry of Finance and
the Real Estate Council of British Columbia.

 Patty
has over 21 years experience in the Financial Management
Industry.
She is a graduate from the BCIT Financial Management Program
and has worked for over 14 years with a major International
Financial Institution in their Vancouver office. She held a
variety of positions with this Institution including an
internal audit position, trade finance, foreign exchange and
accounting. In addition, she has worked in a private
accounting practice providing accounting services.
Since 2003 Patty has been responsible for the successful
Administration of our offices. |
